Meet Us
Jaime Wester – Owner

Jaime is originally from Wolcott, Connecticut where she graduated from Post University with a Bachelors of Science. In 2004 she couldn’t stand the cold winters any more and decided to move to sunny Florida. Once she arrived in Florida she lived in Orlando for a few years before moving to the Tampa area. Jaime started working for Champion in 2007 where she led the sales & marketing department. After learning about the sinkhole business she started to see a greater need for her skills. As a result she slowly started assuming other roles in the company. Once she started managing the operations of the company she re-organized the structure, leadership, and doubled the size of the workforce. Having seen the great strides Champion was making, Jaime’s dedication to the company, and her leadership skills, Michael decided to make her a partner. During Jaime’s time with Champion she has overseen hundreds of projects including compaction grouting, helical piers, steel underpins, wall tiebacks, chemical grouting, mud jacking, and concrete piers. Jaime is a keynote speaker at many sinkhole informational events, attends the Windstorm conferences, and is continuing her education by pursing her general contractor’s license. Jaime is active in the community by volunteering her time assisting with fund raising for the Veterans Memorial Park in Hillsborough County and donates to charities such as Paws, ASPCA, and Veterans Memorial Park.
Michael Mosher – Owner
Mr. Mosher began his career as a well established home renovator in the Orlando and Tampa Bay areas. While working for multiple investor groups, he started subcontracting foundation repair work on several properties. Michael was not satisfied with the quality of work and types of warranties being provided by the contracted companies, therefore he made contact with some of the most competent companies doing foundation repair across the country to see what was working for them. In 2002 Mr. Mosher negotiated a dealership franchise with Ram Jack Systems to install their products in the Bay Area.
A short time after, one of the other Ram Jack dealers starting substituting their own inferior fabricated product for the Ram Jack product. During this time, Ram Jack did not take immediate action on the matter and allowed the dealer to still operate. Not wanting to be affiliated with substandard products, Michael decided to start looking for another steel pier distributor to work with.
In 2004 he signed a distributor agreement with Fasteel Systems, which has over 110 dealers of the Fasteel product line across the United States. Champion Foundation Repair Systems became the exclusive distributor for all Fasteel Products in the state of Florida and the exclusive dealer for all of Mid-Florida. Since then Michael and Champion have developed their own Compaction Grouting Program, Chemical Injection Program, Helical Tieback Program, Epoxy Grouting for pools and other structures as well as many other new innovations. In addition to running Champion, Michael has also been a yearly speaker and exhibitor at many of the industry’s leading events such as DFI’s Helical Conference, Windstorm Conference, PLRB/LIRB Insurance Conference, Geo-Institute Sinkhole Conference, and The World of Concrete shows. Michael is always involved with the community and helping others. Each year he has donated and contributed to many charitable associations. He has donated to people in need and helps the community in any way he can.
