Waterproofing

Water can enter a foundation if a wall is cracked, through mortar joints, or where the foundation wall meets the footing.  Normally, water intrusion results from improper or failing joint sealing or a crack in the foundation itself. Once identified and located, the damage can normally be sealed with the correct epoxy, filler or polyurethane foam product. These products are used to coat and cover existing footers and foundations causing the water to be repealed instead of seeping into the foundation and causing continual damage.
